Wrestlemania 42 is heating up and so are the feuds going into the biggest WWE show of the year. Some feuds have been going on for 5 weeks and some have recently started but have made an instant impact. Wrestlemania season brings out the best in WWE superstars as they know this is the biggest opportunity of the year and more than 60,000 fans will come to watch them. WrestleMania 42 will take place on 18th and 19th April 2026.

Roman Reigns vs CM Punk for World Heavyweight Championship
This has been the best and the most consistent feud going into WrestleMania 42. These two men have been going at it on the Mike for the last 5 weeks. They have shown why they deserve the main event spot for Night 2 of WrestleMania 42. Roman Reigns has come to play as he is there every week and will be there every week leading into WrestleMania 42. CM Punk is giving it his all because he knows he is just weeks from achieving his lifelong dream. The main event in WrestleMania 42 Night 1 is great but the ultimate goal is to main event WrestleMania Night 2 and close out the show. They will need to step up their physicality in the next 4 weeks. The promos have lasted their usefulness.
Cody Rhodes vs Randy Orton for WWE Championship
This was going to be lower on this list but last week something happened that has propelled this to number 2. Randy Orton finally turned heel and he brutally attacked Cody Rhodes. This gave this feud the spice it needed as having both of them being babyfaces made no sense and the fans would have not cared. This week Matt Cardona stepped up for his friend Cody Rhodes but Randy Orton took him out. The interesting thing is that Randy Orton is still having fun with the WWE fans during his entrance because WWE knows that nobody will boo Randy Orton. He is only a heel to Cody Rhodes and all his friends.
Brock Lesnar vs Oba Femi
This has come out of nowhere and instantly has to be in the Top 5 Feuds going into WrestleMania 42. Sometimes months of storytelling is no match for a 60 second spot which was what Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi did on Raw. Brock Lesnar was out and he was destroying Seth Rollins’s masked crew and then suddenly Oba Femi came out and the fans went wild. He Powerbombed Brock Lesnar to the mat and the genius that is Brock Lesnar told him to step on his chest and point at the WrestleMania sign. There are still 4 weeks left and Brock Lesnar will be on all 4 Raws. He and Oba Femi can outshine every other feud. The physicality needs to be at a minimum and Brock needs to F5 Oba Femi.
Stephanie Vaquer vs Liv Morgan for Women’s World Championship
There are multiple feuds involving the women leading into WrestleMania 42. However the best one of them all is Stephanie Vaquer vs Liv Morgan. These two women have gone personal against each other and have cut good promos. The one where Stephanie Vaquer absolutely destroyed Liv Morgan and made her cry was absolutely incredible. Liv Morgan has used the help of Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez to stall her opponent. There are still 4 weeks to go and feuds like Becky Lynch vs AJ Lee and Rhea Ripley vs Jade Cargill will need to step up their game. The women will get 6 Matches at WrestleMania 42.
Drew Mcintyre vs Jacob Fatu
This is the second non title feud in this list and week after week this feud has been growing in the eyes of WWE fans. Both men are Physical specimens so neither has the complete advantage. Drew Mcintyre was the WWE Champion thanks to Jacob Fatu and he lost the WWE Championship thanks to Jacob Fatu. They have been brawling every week on the latest SmackDown episode they brawled for the entire 3 hours and in the end they both fell from the top into the floor. Their match at WrestleMania has to be a stipulation match like Last Man Standing. Other feuds like The Bella Twins vs Charlexa vs Nia Jax and Lash Legend have to step up to earn a spot at WrestleMania 42. The WWE locker room currently has an environment where everyone supports each other but they all want to outdo the other.
