WWE is returning to Paris after 2 years. The 2023 WWE Backlash is still fresh in the minds of all WWE fans as well as WWE superstars. This event will take place in front of over 35,000 fans in a stadium. Triple H will look to make this show one of the best of the last few years. There are going to be 5 Matches at this event. This PPV will happen on 31st August 2025.
Let’s look at the Match Card for WWE Clash in Paris 2025
Seth Rollins vs LA Knight vs CM Punk vs Jey Uso for World Heavyweight Championship
This will be the men’s World Championship Match that will happen at this PPV. It will be a Fatal Four Way Match between the four best men from Raw. The champion Seth Rollins will take on his arch rival CM Punk, The Megastar LA Knight and the YEET Man Main Event Jey Uso. This will be an absolute Banger and Seth Rollins will not have Bronson Reed because he will face Roman Reigns at that show. Bron Breakker will help Seth Rollins. It will be a no DQ Match so this match will have tables, chairs etc. The 35,000 fans in Paris will cheer for their every move and the atmosphere will be incredible. The entrances for CM Punk and Jey Uso will be a thing to behold.
John Cena vs Logan Paul
John Cena will wrestle his first PPV Match In Paris. He recently said that he is excited to perform in front of the greatest crowd in WWE history. The fans in France will give John Cena such an ovation that he will never forget it for the rest of his life. He will face Logan Paul who is someone that has only had great matches against everyone he has faced. He will be looking to give John Cena a Banger match and John Cena is motivated after that 5 star classic against Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam. This should be a 20 minutes match so that both men can show their skills and the fans can serenade John Cena like he has earned.
Sheamus vs Rusev in a Good Old Fashioned Donnybrook Match
This match is a special type of match that has very rarely happened in WWE. In this match it will be No DQ and it will be No Holds Barred. There will be large wood barrels of Irish Brandy that will be there at ringside. Sheamus and Rusev have had some barn burners and it is good to see that these 2 men have been given a spot at this big show. This will be the most physical of their matches and Rusev will look to impress the French fans and Sheamus loves to fight and have Banger after Banger. This can steal the show like Sheamus vs Gunther did at Clash at the Castle in Wales.
Roman Reigns vs Bronson Reed
It is safe to say that this will be the biggest singles match in the career of Bronson Reed. It is rare that Roman Reigns works 2 PPVs in a row. Bronson Reed recently has had a fun new gimmick and that is stealing the shoes of Roman Reigns. He has so far stolen 2 pairs of shoes and he wears it around his neck like the Shoelafala. Roman Reigns is pissed and he wants revenge from Bronson Reed. The fans in Paris will lose their minds over the OTC. This match will be important to Bronson Reed to show Triple H and the management that he is also the future of WWE like Bron Breakker. Roman Reigns will sell for Bronson Reed like only he can.
Stephanie Vaquer vs Rhea Ripley vs Roxanne Perez vs Iyo Sky for Women’s World Championship
This is the only match on the show that has not yet been officially announced. However it looks like this could be the direction that WWE goes in. Naomi who was the women’s World Champion has relinquished the title because she is pregnant and she will be out for 9 months or more. This opens an opportunity for the other women on Raw. Stephanie Vaquer won a battle Royal at WWE Evolution so she will be in this match. Roxanne Perez is the brightest young star on Raw and WWE would want to give her the exposure of the French crowd. Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky will be there because they are the 2 best in the world. Having these 4 women battle it out for the Women’s World Championship will be a big match. It will be an absolute classic and the fans will be the ultimate Winners.
