There were more than 30,000 fans present at the La Defence Arena in Paris, France for the 2025 WWE Clash in Paris. This was the first PPV in Paris for WWE. The stage for this event was absolutely phenomenal with the Eiffel Tower at the centre. There were 6 matches and 4 of those were great. The French fans before the show displayed the French flag like it is done in Football Matches.

Roman Reigns beat Bronson Reed
This was the first match and the fans acknowledged Roman Reigns from the get go. He wore 2 Ula Falas as a tribute to his father and uncle. This was a 22 minute match in which 15 minutes were dominated by Bronson Reed. He had a counter to every move by the Tribal Chief. Bronson Reed delivered a Samoan Drop and it was a 2 count. He also delivered a Suicide Dive which knocked Reigns out. Roman Reigns hit a beautiful Superman Punch and he was going for the Spear but Bronson Reed countered it with a Powerbomb. Roman Reigns was enjoying the crowd who were chanting Roman Roman Reigns and OTC throughout the match. Roman Reigns delivered a Samoan Drop from the top rope which was followed by a Spear to get the win. After the match Paul Heynan was given the Guillotine Choke but Roman was destroyed by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. He was first speared through the announce table. Then Bronson Reed gave him 2 Tsunamis. Jey tried to help but he was given a spear by Bron Breakker. Finally Roman Reigns was given a third Tsunami and taken out on a stretcher. This was a long segment and it has taken Roman Reigns out at least till Survivor series.
The Wyatt Sicks beat Street Profits for WWE Tag Team Championship
This was the Second match on the show. The fans were exhausted from the first match. However they sang the song Shatter for Bray Wyatt. The fireflies were out in full force in Paris. This was a 13 minute match. Both the teams were determined. They had a good match but the fans were not loud enough. Street Profits showed their tag team experience when they hit a Blockbuster Powerbomb but it was a 2 count. Joe Gacy is very athletic for a big man and he delivered spinning back kicks to both members. Later in the match the numbers of Wyatt Sicks came into play as first Erick Rowan took out Angelo Dawkins. However Montez Ford jumped through the air and took him out. The finish happened when Nikki Cross held the feet of Angelo Dawkins and Uncle Howdy gave him a Sister Abigail. The Wyatt Sicks retained the tag team titles.
Becky Lynch beat Nikki Bella for Women’s Intercontinental Championship
This was the only women’s match on the show. It was the clash of 2 generations. Becky Lynch was clearly the better and faster wrestler. She was carrying the match by giving her traditional kick on the rope. Nikki Bella had one bad botch where she was going for a top rope Dropkick but she completely missed Becky Lynch. Nikki Bella then came back in the match and gave the Manhandle Slam to Becky but it was only a 2 count. Becky Lynch gave an armbar nut Nikki got out of it. It was a 13 minutes match which was getting better but suddenly Becky Lynch pinned Nikki with an innovative pinfall. Nikki Bella bounced back very well and delivered a good performance.
Rusev beat Sheamus in a Good Old Fashioned Donnybrook Match
This is the point of the show where the match quality went into another level with the next 3 Matches to follow all setting the standard. Rusev and Sheamus were out there to make a statement and they did that for 21 minutes of this gruelling match. Rusev gave Sheamus the 10 beats to the Chest and he gave 13 of them. He also hit Sheamus with the kendo sticks and steel chairs. Sheamus was hurting but he was not backing down. Sheamus gave 3 different sets of Beats to the chest and one of them included the ringside area on the outside. Sheamus gave a devastating White Noise through 2 announce tables. Rusev gave the submission Accolade on top of the barrel. The finish of the match was shocking because Rusev tapped out Sheamus using the Accolade which was trenched in Deep. It was only the second time in the career of Sheamus that he tapped out. Rusev just got made into a Star. This was a Banger.
John Cena beat Logan Paul
This was the best match of the night and John Cena is channeling his inner 2015 version of himself in the final few months of his retirement tour. Logan Paul proved that he belongs on the biggest stages in WWE. This was a 27 minute classic and it was on the level of John Cena vs Cody Rhodes from last month. Both men pulled out moves which were not expected. John Cena had the loudest entrance as the 30,000 fans in Paris were singing his song and serenading him. Logan Paul gave a GutWrench Slam which was beautiful. He also gave John Cena the Lariat after jumping over the ropes. John Cena was also in his element as he gave a Tornado DDT which he usually does not do. Logan Paul tried to give a Frog splash but John Cena caught him in an AA but Logan kicked out. Logan Paul gave the ZigZag to John Cena but he kicked out. Then John Cena delivered the End of Days but it was not enough. Logan Paul gave 2 Frog splashes but John Cena did not lose. John Cena in what was one of the best moments of the match gave the Styles Clash to Logan Paul. This prompted the French fans to sing the Phenomenal song which they will sing to AJ Styles on Raw which will happen from the same arena. After 27 minutes, John Cena gave 2 more Attitude Adjustments and pinned Logan Paul. He then celebrated it with the kid from Brussels and his wife.
