Countries WWE Should Host Royal Rumble After Saudi Arabia

WWE has shown with the Royal Rumble 2026 being held in Saudi Arabia that it is open to holding one of their Top 3 Shows of the year outside of the United States and Canada. The one in Saudi Arabia saw the crowds pile up in huge numbers and the Cheers were deafening. This showed that the WWE should hold this PPV in more countries. It is the favourite PPV for a lot of wrestling fans as there are surprises.

Let’s look at the 5 Countries that WWE should hold the Royal Rumble PPV after Saudi Arabia

England

The most obvious answer for this is England. WWE has been holding shows in England since many decades. They have held episodes of Raw and SmackDown every year. WWE has also held PPVs like Clash at the Castle, Money in the Bank in England. A Royal Rumble at the Wembley Stadium will fill out 90,000 fans with ease as professional wrestling is huge over there. AEW holds a yearly show AEW All In at the stadium and it fills up every time. The Royal Rumble should be held in England within the next 3 years. The English fans deserve it after being so loyal towards WWE for decades. The logistics will be easier as compared to Saudi Arabia.

Australia

Australia has shown that it has become one of the biggest professional wrestling markets in the world. It all started when WWE held the Elimination Chamber PPV at Perth in front of more than 55,000 fans. Since then not only WWE but AEW has also captured this market as they hold yearly Grand Slam Australia shows every year. Australia should hold the Royal Rumble and preferably at the MCG which can hold more than 90,000 fans. The Royal Rumble is a PPV that can attract the biggest audience. Rhea Ripley is the biggest wrestling star from Australia and she alone will sell the stadium.

Mexico

Mexico has become one of the most important countries for WWE especially after the acquisition of AAA. WWE and AAA have given the Mexican fans a lot of incredible shows and the country has become a viable market to hold WWE PPVs. There is an audience and WWE has some of the biggest Mexican wrestling stars such as Penta, Rey Mysterio, Rey Fenix, El Grande Americano. The Royal Rumble in Mexico will attract 50,000+ plus fans easily in a stadium. WWE could use their Mexican stars to attract more people to buy tickets. The crowd will be one of the loudest.

Japan

WWE has to hold a big PPV in Japan. Japan is the place where the best professional wrestling happens. WWE has had some of the best from Japan wrestling for them. From Asuka to Shinsuke Nakamura to Iyo Sky to Kairi Sane. Recently Giulia and Akira Tozawa were added to WWE. WWE holding a Royal Rumble PPV at the Tokyo Dome will be special and have more than 50,000 fans attending. The Japanese fans might not make so much noise but they have their own way of appreciating the wrestlers.

India

This is a choice that should have happened a long time ago. India is the second largest market for WWE after the United States. It is the second most popular sport after cricket. WWE has only held a few house shows in recent years. Triple H should take the Indian fans more seriously. He should hold the Royal Rumble at the Narendra Modi Stadium which can hold more than 120,000 fans. The ticket pricing will have to be less but WWE will have the attendance record for a professional wrestling show in history.
