ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Region Qualifier 2023 is ready to begin. Scotland will host this regional final between 20 July and 28 July 2023. Seven teams are set to participate in this competition, where the top two teams at the end of the final points table will advance for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, which the West Indies and USA will host.
England will participate in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 as the defending champions, while the Netherlands have already secured their place in the upcoming T20 World Cup due to finishing among the top eight sides in the 2022 edition. In that Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, Scotland and Ireland failed to achieve the top eight spots, but they earned the bye for the Region Qualifier final 2023.
Meanwhile, Jersey and Germany have earned the bye for the Region Qualifier 2023 due to finishing in the top 2 in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier 2021.
In June-July 2022, Europe had three sub-regional qualifiers, from where Italy (Qualifier A champions), Austria (Qualifier B champions), and Denmark (Qualifier C champions) qualified for the Region Qualifier final 2023.
