Jean-Philippe Mateta is one of the best FPL strikers this week when you look at his form and also the fact that Palace will be returning full of confidence after thrashing Liverpool in the Carabao Cup. Mateta proved against Bournemouth that he can score a hat-trick even against strong opposition in the Premier League, with Palace facing Brentford this week, he could end up with multiple attacking returns yet again. A must-have considering his form we suggest.
Viktor Gyökeres (Arsenal, £9.0)
Viktor Gyökeres is arguably one of the most frustrating players Fantasy Premier League has seen in recent years. Many expected him to take the Premier League by storm like how Erling Haaland did for Manchester City a few years back. However, one must remember that Haaland is a machine and we cannot compare the rest with him. Gyökeres has still been decent for Arsenal though, and Arsenal will have one of the easiest fixtures of the weekend as they face Burnley. Danny Welbeck (Brighton, £6.4m)
Danny Welbeck has been one of the most in-form strikers in the Premier League for the past few weeks, and that automatically makes him one of the best FPL strikers not just this week but at least in the short-term. Brighton will face Leeds at home as well this Premier League weekend, who have a really open and vulnerable defense. This makes Welbeck an extremely attractive option to choose who's mostly likely to provide you some solid returns.
Nick Woltemade (Newcastle United, £7.5m)
Newcastle fans have fallen in love like anything with their striker signing Nick Woltemade, who has adapted easily to the Premier League and has been nothing short of a terror for opposition defenders with his physicality and aerial threat. The fact Alexander Isak is struggling at Liverpool has also led to some Newcastle fans surprisingly claiming that Woltemade is even better than their former stat striker. Nonetheless, Newcastle are away to a defensively horrible West Ham this weekend, and that makes Woltemade a top choice this week.
Erling Haaland (Manchester City, £14.8m)
Whether Manchester City wins or loses, the one constant right now is that Erling Haaland's name is there in the scoresheet. He has been in such terrific form that Pep Guardiola's side are almost completely dependent on him right now due to the overall team being shockingly poor right now. Although Bournemouth at home is a really tough fixture, Haaland's form means that he is included in our best FPL attackers list.
