After our expert analysis, we have chosen our top FPL strikers this week. Let's not waste more time then, scroll down below to find out our Fpl forwards list.
Best FPL forwards - GW8
Erling Haaland (Manchester City, £14.5m)
Erling Haaland is not just one of the best FPL strikers this week, but arguably the best FPL captain for Gameweek 8 as well. He has been absolutely lethal this season so far, having scored 9 goals in just 7 Premier League games so far. City will be facing Everton at home in GW8, and it is widely expected that the Norwegian continues his goalscoring streak against the Toffees. It would be criminal not to have Haaland in your FPL team considering his current form.
João Pedro (Chelsea, £7.7m)
João Pedro has been one of the best FPL attackers so far this season, as he has had an excellent start to life at Chelsea. Chelsea will be away to Nottingham Forest in Gameweek 8, and if Ange Postecoglou's side continue to be vulnerable in defense, then Pedro might end up giving you unbelievable attacking returns. This is the kind of game that could either end in a surprise Forest victory or have things go absolutely wrong for Postecoglou and see Chelsea thrash them. We think Chelsea will add to the misery for Ange, and Pedro to have a fantastic game.
Wilson Isidor (Sunderland, £5.5m)
Wilson Isidor is yet against our best budget forward pick in Fantasy Premier League, as Sunderland will be facing Wolves in GW8. Although Sunderland lost against Manchester United in their last fixture, they have overall been impressive in the EPL so far. The same cannot be said about Wolves though, who have been simply terrible. Sunderland could easily exploit their weak defence, and this makes Isidor one of the best FPL forwards for the week. At a price of just £5.5m, he is a risk that you can take for this Gameweek and also have extra funds to spend in other key areas of your team.
Viktor Gyökeres (Arsenal, £9.1)
Viktor Gyökeres has been going through a slump for Arsenal recently when it comes to scoring goals, but his overall play has been really decent and quite positive for the Arsenal team. it's just a matter of when in regards to Gyökeres reaching his true levels, as Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are still adapting to playing with a proper number 9 in their side. Fulham away in Gameweek 8 is one of those favorable fixtures that could help Gyökeres get back to scoring again, and thus we feel he is one of the best FPL forwards for this week.
Nick Woltemade (Newcastle United, £7.2m)
Nick Woltemade has had a dream start to his Newcastle United career, having scored 3 goals in just 4 Premier League appearances. In fact, he has been so splendid that Newcastle fans aren't even missing their former star player Alexander Isak. Newcastle will face Brighton away in GW8, and this is probably going to be a really open game that could have multiple goals involved in it. This makes Woltemade one of the best FPL forwards for this week, especially considering his excellence form at the moment.
Those are our Fantasy Premier League predictions for Gameweek 8. All the FPL attackers above are highly attractive options for this week, so pick according to your preferences. That's it from our side, we will be seeing you soon for our pick of best Fantasy Premier League strikers in Gameweek 9.
