Cole Palmer might be a top FPL pick once again
We had previously mentioned that Cole Palmer was a risky pick in Fantasy Premier League due to his recurring Injury issues, and it was best to avoid him for the foreseeable future. However, things seem to be changing now, as Palmer slowly looks to be getting back to his best both in terms of fitness and form. He's been directly involved in 5 goals in his last 2 games, and you wouldn't want to miss out on him for Burnley at home this Gameweek.
Erling Haaland is not 100% certain to start this weekend
Pep Guardiola confirmed in his pre-match press conference that Erling Haaland will be fit to play for the weekend EPL fixture against Newcastle. However, we feel there is still a chance that Haaland doesn't start or only ends up playing around 60-70 minutes in the game. Thus, it might be best to bench him this week in your FPL, especially considering the fact that Newcastle at home won't be the easiest fixture where he could end scoring a brace or a hat-trick.
It is best to bench/avoid Liverpool and Arsenal players for this Gameweek
The biggest criticism of Mikel Arteta's Arsenal side over the past few years has been regarding how the players lose their heads under high pressure situations and end up losing games which they'll usually win. This has ended up costing Arsenal the league previously and history might repeat again this weekend for Arsenal. As for Liverpool, Forest has always been a tricky fixture for them in the past year, and they'll also have a new manager as well this game. Thus, we feel it's better to bench players from both these teams this week.
Aston Villa and Chelsea are the best teams to double/triple up in Gameweek 27
Aston Villa and Chelsea will be facing Leeds and Burnley at home respectively this weekend in the Premier League. Both these teams arguably have the best games on paper where they are expected to have comfortable victories. So it's best to go with players from these teams if you're planning for a double or triple-up in Gameweek 27 for your FPL team. It's a bit risky, but there's a huge scope that you might end up getting rewarded with huge returns.
Who are the best FPL captains for this week?
There are some fantastic FPL captaincy picks for this week. The usual favourite Erling Haaland is not in our list due to the reasons we mentioned above.
