Premier League 2025-26 Top Scorers

Are you looking for the Premier League top scorers this season so far? Then this is the place to be as we are here with the list. All the players in the list have been absolutely phenomenal for their respective clubs so far, and have played a huge role in their league standings so far. In fact, some of these clubs would've been in considerably lower league positions if not for the goal contributions of their star goal scorers. Let's not waste anymore time then, Scroll down below to find out the top 5 goal scorers of the 25-26 Premier League season so far.

Premier League Top Scorers 25/26 - The top 5

Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace, 6 goals)

At the peak age of 28, Jean-Philippe Mateta is now playing one of the best football in his career. He has been thriving under Oliver Glasner, and has scored 6 goals in just 11 Premier League games. This feat is even more impressive when you consider the fact that Crystal Palace aren't a free-flowing attacking team and are a bit too defensive at times as well. He could very well get a huge move next Summer at this rate.

Danny Welbeck (Brighton, 6 goals)

Danny Welbeck has scored the same amount of goals as Mateta in the same number of appearances, but the surprising thing is that the former Manchester United and Arsenal striker is doing it at the age of 34. In fact, there are even rumours that England coach Thomas Tuchel is even thinking of calling him for the next round of international fixtures due to his impressive form. A perfect example of getting better with age.

Antoine Semenyo (Bournemouth, 6 goals)

Antonio Semenyo has scored 6 goals as well so far in the Premier League just like the above 2 names. However, what makes him stand out over the previous names and everyone else in the list is that he is the only player in both the Premier League top scorers and top assists list. This is a testament to his immense influence at Bournemouth and complete attacking performances this season. He's having an unreal season as it stands.

Igor Thiago (Brentford, 8 goals)

Brentford fans are accustomed to losing their favourite goalscoring superstar player in the recent past, be it Ivan Toney, Bryan Mbeumo, or Yoane Wissa. The belief was that they'll be extremely weak in goal this season due to Mbeumo and Wissa both leaving in the summer transfer window. An unlikely hero has now stepped up though in the form of Thiago, and he has exceeded all expectations with 8 goals in just 11 games.

Erling Haaland ( Manchester City, 14)

Erling Haaland is on a whole other level compared to anyone else in this list when it comes to goalscoring. He is nothing less than a machine, and has 6 goals more than the second ranked player in the list with 14 League goals, and that too in just 11 appearances. He is poised to break numerous Premier League goalscoring records if he continues at this rate for Pep Guardiola's Manchester City side.

That's it from our side regarding Premier League top scorers this season so far. We will be back soon with an updated list when we reach another important phase of the English Premier League season. Goodbye for now.
