There have been a number of wrestlers who have passed away in young age, and they have not been able to live a healthy life as wrestlers for decades. One of the saddest things to happen is when a wrestler, who is in his prime, passes away and all the fans miss them. Their demise can happen for several reasons, but the hope will always be that everybody can live a full life. In recent times, this trend has picked up, and hopefully, no more wrestlers pass away too quickly. This generally happens in the 30s and 40s.

Owen Hart

One of the most famous wrestling deaths to ever happen prematurely and that has left a bad taste in everyone is the death of Owen Hart. Owen Hart was one of the best wrestlers in the world when it happened to him. He was just 34 and at the peak of his career. It was during a WWE PPV called Over the Limit in 1999. And it all happened during a stunt. He was performing a stunt, and on that occasion, it was botched, and Owen Hart fell from the stage and died. It sent shockwaves around the wrestling world. He was a part of the Hart family, and Bret Hart and he were wrestling soulmates. It soured the relationship between Owen Hart’s family and WWE. It remains acrimonious till now from the side of the family of Owen Hart. It was an accident that changed everything in professional wrestling.
