Hugo Ekiteke (Liverpool, £8.6m)
Liverpool and Arne Slot have had a disastrous season so far, but one of the few bright sparks in the campaign for them has been Hugo Ekiteke. He has been fantastic since joining the Reds, and didn't even need any time in adjusting to the pace and style of the Premier League. Nottingham Forest away is a great fixture for Liverpool in Gameweek 12, and Ekiteke is almost certain to start as striker due to his form, thus also restricting Alexander Isak to the bench.
Thiago (Brentford, £6.3m)
Thiago is officially our best budget forward and cheap striker this week in Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 12. Brentford fans have fallen in love with him, as he has taken the Premier League by storm with his goalscoring feats. In fact, he is the 2nd best forward with most points in Fantasy Premier League so far, only behind Erling Haaland. With Brighton away in GW12 who are always weak defensively, he is a great pick for this weekend.
Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace, £8.1m)
Jean-Philippe Mateta is one of the must-have strikers in FPL for Gameweek 12 in our opinion. He'll be up against the worst defense in the league in Wolves, and that instantly makes him one of the best FPL strikers for this week. Don't be shocked if this ends up as another Premier League game that finishes with a Mateta hat-trick to help Crystal Palace earn all 3 points.
João Pedro (Chelsea, £7.5m)
João Pedro has been one of the most important players for Chelsea this season, especially considering the number of injuries they've had in midfield and attack. His versatility and brilliant fitness levels have helped the Blues and Enzo Maresca immensely this season. Chelsea will face Burnley away in GW12, and the attacking quality of Chelsea means that Pedro is bound to get numerous goalscoring opportunities. Undoubtedly one of the best FPL attackers for GW12.
Erling Haaland (Manchester City, £14.9m)
No surprises here, the fixtures don't even matter for this player, who has simply been a level above the rest and is nothing less than a goalscoring machine. Erling Haaland is in such terrific form that he's nothing but an essential for your Fantasy Premier League team at least in the short-term. City will face Newcastle away in Gameweek 12, but Haaland's unstoppable goalscoring run means he still stands tall as one of the best FPL strikers this week despite having a tough fixture.
