Don't sleep on Aston Villa players
Aston Villa vs Manchester United might seem like a tight fixture on paper. However, the reality is far from that. Unai Emery's side are currently the most in-form side in the Premier League, while Ruben Amorim's Red Devils have been extremely shaky in recent weeks despite not losing. Thus, we advise you to not sell or bench Aston Villa players in your FPL team, and even transferring them in might be an attractive option as well.
Liverpool players might not be a risky transfer
Arne Slot's Liverpool side are far from their best right now, but Thomas Frank's Spurs side are in absolute shambles at the moment. Thus, transferring in Liverpool players for Gameweek 17 doesn't look like much of a risk. In fact, there's a high chance you could get a huge return from someone like Hugo Ekiteke or Virgil Van Dijk considering how poor Spurs have been.
Don't transfer out Thiago if you already own him
Thiago is currently a doubt for Brentford's game against Wolves due to an injury issue. Since the fitness issue is not reportedly a serious one, there's a huge chance that he ends up playing the game. The Citizens will have a weak West Ham side at home this week, and this game could end up in a thrashing for the Hammers. Thus, we suggest you should absolutely go for a triple-up on City players this week. This is undoubtedly a golden chance to score a huge total in GW17 if you're willing to take the risk.
Be careful with Arsenal attackers for this week
Arsenal were shockingly poor against Wolves last week, which was a game they were widely expected to win with ease. Thus, Everton away in Gameweek 17 does look like a complicated fixture. It is possible that Arteta's men get back to their best and comfortably beat the Toffees , but there's an element of risk involved due to their poor showing against Wolves.
