West Indies vs South Africa is one of the highly anticipated clashes in the T20 World Cup Super Eight Stage. Both teams have had a terrific tournament so far, and they are the only unbeaten teams. 2: Reeza Hendricks - 527 runs
Reeza Hendricks might not be a part of the SA playing XI anymore, but he has a tremendous record against the West Indies. In 17 innings, Hendricks has scored 527 runs at an average of 31 and a strike rate of 156.37. He has a highest score of 87 against them and has scored three fifties against them.
3: Aiden Markram - 425 runs
The South African skipper, Aiden Markram, is another South African who loves playing against the Caribbean Nation. In 14 innings, Markram has scored 425 runs at an average of 42.50 against them and has an amazing strike rate of 157.99. Aiden has also registered three fifties against West Indies and will look to continue his great work against them.

1: Chris Gayle - 375 runs
The Universe Boss, Chris Gayle, has scored the most runs for the West Indies in the T20I format. In 12 innings, Gayle has scored 375 runs, which includes the 117 he scored in the first-ever game of the T20 World Cup in 2007 against the Proteas. Unfortunately, that innings went in vain as South Africa managed to chase down a score in excess of 200 with relative ease.
2: Brandon King - 295 runs
Brandon King is the second-highest-run-scorer for West Indies against South Africa in T20Is. He has scored 295 runs in eight innings against them at an average of 36.87 and a strike rate of 167.61. He also has scored one fifty against them, scoring 79 in 2024.
3: Johnson Charles - 268 runs
Another West Indian player who loves playing against the Proteas is Johnson Charles. He has scored 268 runs in 9 innings against them, which includes a magnificent century against them, having scored 118 in 2023. It went in vain, though, as Quinton de Kock’s century helped the Proteas chase down 259 with ease. Charles has a strike rate of over 180 against South Africa and has scored one fifty and one century against them.
