Three bargains to look out for in Fantasy Premier League

When it comes to Fantasy Premier League, everyone knows the big hitters such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Salah, Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku. However, the players that go under the radar can make or break your success. We’ll now highlight three men that could be a huge asset to your team and will not cost you a fortune in transfers.

Abdoulaye Doucoure (Everton)

The former Watford man has blossomed into a brilliant player in the middle of the park and will be a key man in Everton’s bid to finish in the top six, where they are backed as outsiders with odds as far as 3.1 to make it in the English Premier League odds. The 28-year-old was a fine player for the Hornets for four seasons before his move to Goodison Park last year. He had a steady first campaign under Carlo Ancelotti, but he has come on leaps and bounds for the Toffees under Rafael Benitez at the start of the campaign.

Doucoure has scored two goals and provided four assists in the final third. He has pushed further forward to support Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison, and should be able to muster further goals and assists to his name. Doucoure has a good strike on him, and could well match his best tally of seven Premier League goals from the 2017/18 campaign. The Frenchman doesn't cost a fortune either at the £5.6m mark, making him an intriguing selection in the middle of the park.

Conor Gallagher (Crystal Palace)

Gallagher was a bright light in West Brom’s side that were relegated last season and Chelsea opted to send the midfielder out on loan once again, with Patrick Vieira and Palace taking the England under-21 international to Selhurst Park. The 21-year-old has continued to shine in the Premier League, scoring twice and providing three assists in the final third.

Palace haven't been known for their creativity outside of Wilfried Zaha in recent yeats. However, Gallagher will have space and a quality option to provide for in the form of Zaha and Odsonne Edouard. There should be ample opportunities for him to continue to find the back of the net and create chances for the Eagles’ strikers. He should not cost you more than £6m at the moment. Strike now before he gets too expensive.

Rico Henry (Brentford)

Henry is a player that not a lot of people will be familiar with. The left-back started all seven of Brentford’s opening Premier League games and has truly aided the Bees with their strong start to the campaign. He has been effective as part of a defensive rearguard that has kept three clean sheets, allowing him to muster a good number of fantasy points.

Henry has the faith of Brentford manager Thomas Frank, and will surely nail down the spot for the rest of the campaign. The 24-year-old is continuing to develop his skills and may offer a threat down the left flank for the Bees later in the season, which could see him pick up assists with regularity. He is a cheap option at around £4.5m to have in your team and one that could make the difference for fantasy owners come the end of the term.
