“ The Mind is Everything. What you think you become.”
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique which could be mindfulness or focusing on a particular thought, object or activity to train attention and awareness to obtain a mentally clear and emotionally calm state of mind.
Meditation is one of those magical health revolutions, that is going to take over the world. There is no fixed way or any specific Technique of doing Meditation and that is why it is so beautiful. All you need to remember is you just need to start meditating, sit down for 15-20 minutes and just close your eyes that’s the minimum thing one can do. But how does a person optimise his or her meditation, most people think that motivation is about having no thoughts in your head and keeping your mind empty. Now that is the end goal of meditation, but it is not easy to achieve and we as humans have a monkey brain. There will be no way that a person can keep his or her mind empty, there will be thoughts about your day, life, worries.
But one thing to remember is the fact that Meditation is about being self-aware, be aware of what is going inside your brain, delete the bad things and give fuel to the good things.
