Premier League Team of the Week Gameweek 6

Welcome back, we are here with our Team of the Week Premier League for GW6. Epl Game Week 6 was simply outstanding, as it had some shockers like Liverpool's loss against Crystal Palace and Ruben Amorim's Manchester United getting thrashed by Brentford. Let's not waste anymore time then, here is our EPL team of the week for GW6.

(Note: Players from Everton vs West Ham won't be included in this list since it's a late fixture)

Premier League/EPL Team of the Week 6

Goalkeeper

Robin Roefs (Sunderland)

With a total of 6 saves and helping his club keep a clean sheet against Nottingham Forest away, Robin Roefs is our best goalkeeper in Premier League Team of the Week for Gameweek 6.

Defenders

Gabriel (Arsenal)

Gabriel was back to doing what he does best other than defending against Newcastle United, which was scoring that headed clutch goal to help Arsenal earn a crucial 3 points. We expect him to do more of these as the season progresses.

Omar Alderete (Sunderland)

The Paraguayan defender put up an iconic performance that saw him score the winner and also keep a clean sheet for Sunderland against Forest. One of their best players so far this season.

Matheus Nunes (Manchester City)

The Matheus Nunes right-back experiment by Pep Guardiola has been a decent success, and the Portuguese was brilliant against Burnley. A brilliant example of a solid versatile player.

Hugo Bueno (Wolves)

Hugo Bueno was excellent against Spurs, and his goal could be looked back as a crucial contribution that might've saved them from relegation. Another superstar full-back in the making at Wolves.

Midfielders

João Palhinha ( Tottenham Hotspur)

Palhinha is back to his best at Spurs under Thomas Frank, and it seems like the Premier League is the perfect place for him. Bayern Munich simply couldn't get the best out of him.

Sean Longstaff ( Leeds United)

Despite being sold by Newcastle United, Sean Longstaff continues to put in strong performances. Simply magnificent against Bournemouth and a strong indirect message to Newcastle who sold him and lost to Arsenal.

Ismaïla Sarr (Crystal Palace)

Ismaïla Sarr has had an excellent start to the Premier League season so far, and Liverpool were his latest victims. He looks set to have an outstanding season for Oliver Glasner's side.

Enzo Fernandez (Chelsea)

Although Chelsea got thrashed 1-3 by Brighton, Enzo Fernandez had nothing to do with it. He was excellent for the Blues, and immensely unlucky to be on the losing side. His teammates simply need to do better.

Doku (Manchester City)

Doku seems to be back to his best at Manchester City, and his devastating combination of pace and trickery is sure to cause issues for all his future Premier League opponents. An excellent performance against Burnley.

Forwards

Erling Haaland (Manchester City)

No doubts here, Erling Haaland is our best striker for EPL Team of the Week GW6. The Norwegian is back to his very best for Manchester City, and this probably means that the Citizens could still challenge for the Premier League title. An in-form Haaland will play a huge role in deciding if Pep Guardiola's men lifts the league title or not.
