Canada are dreaming of putting special impact in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, which India and Sri Lanka are jointly hosting from 7 February to 8 March 2026.
Canada played their first T20 World Cup in the previous edition in 2024 by qualifying for the tournament, which the West Indies and the United States hosted. For the 2026 edition, they qualified for the tournament after winning the Americas Regional Final Qualifier.
Canada are in Group D in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 along with South Africa, New Zealand, Afghanistan, and the United Arab Emirates. They will play all their group stage matches in India. If they advance to the Super Eight stage by managing any of the top two spots, they can play all the matches in India by qualifying for Group 1 after replacing South Africa, or in Sri Lanka by advancing to Group 2 after replacing New Zealand.
