The United Arab Emirates are ready to challenge every big team in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. India and Sri Lanka are set to host the tournament between 7 February and 8 March 2026.
The UAE will play their third T20 World Cup after appearing in the 2014 and 2022 editions. For the 2026 edition, they have qualified after finishing in the third position in the Asia–EAP Regional Final Qualifiers.
The UAE will start the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 journey from Group D along with South Africa, New Zealand, Afghanistan, and Canada. While they will play all their group stage matches in India, they can continue their Super Eight fixtures in India by replacing South Africa’s place in Group 1, but they may have to play in Sri Lanka if they replace New Zealand’s spot in Group 2.
