Randy Orton remains the youngest World Champion in WWE history, ahead of Brock Lesnar, Yokozuna, The Rock and The Undertaker.

WWE has seen many wrestlers win their first world championship when they were younger. The younger the wrestler is winning the title, the better the future of that wrestler will be. That is because it means that WWE sees that wrestler as the future of professional wrestling. The top 5 youngest wrestlers in this list are all WWE legends.

Let’s look at the Top 5 Youngest World Champions in WWE history

1. Randy Orton – 24 Years 44 Days

The youngest World Champion in WWE history is Randy Orton. The 14-time World Champion is one of the all-time greats. He won his first World Championship in the year 2004. It was SummerSlam, and he was facing Chris Benoit in the main event.

Randy Orton showed that night that he had the skills to be one of the greatest of all time. He was fast-tracked for success, and then he joined Evolution. Randy Orton will hold onto this record unless Je'von Evans shows the required skills for WWE to crown him World Champion within the next 2 years.

2. Brock Lesnar – 25 Years 43 Days

Before Randy Orton won the World Heavyweight Championship in 2004, the record was held by Brock Lesnar. Brock Lesnar was a special talent, as he was the fastest rising star in WWE history. He debuted in the year 2002, and within 5 months he was in the main event of SummerSlam. Brock Lesnar won the King of the Ring Tournament, and he then went on to beat The Rock in the main event of SummerSlam 2002. Oba Femi is on a similar run in 2026, and the King of the Ring Tournament will begin next week.

3. Yokozuna – 26 Years 182 Days

At number 3 in this list is the legendary Yokozuna. He is one of the icons of the Samoan dynasty. He won the title at WrestleMania 9 in one of the worst main events of all time. It was Bret Hart vs. Yokozuna, and the big man won his first world championship. It lasted only for a few minutes because Hulk Hogan won the title. This was one of the worst booking decisions in WWE history. The only good thing is that you earned a spot for Yokozuna in this list.

4. The Rock – 26 Years 193 Days

The Rock is number 4 in this list by 11 days. The Great One went on to become a 10-time World Champion. It was Survivor Series 1998, and The Rock was facing Mankind. He turned heel, and he aligned himself with Vince McMahon. He was the corporate champion. This was the first World Championship for The Rock, and he would go on to win 9 more, with his last one being in 2013.

5. The Undertaker – 26 Years 243 Days

The Greatest of all time The Undertaker is number 5 in this list. He won the title at Survivor Series 1991, which was exactly a year after his debut at the 1990 Survivor Series. He was facing Hulk Hogan, and Ric Flair assisted him, and The Undertaker hit a Tombstone Piledriver to win the title. The Undertaker would go on to become a 7-time World Champion in WWE.
