1) John Cena – 10 losses
The WWE superstar with the most losses in SummerSlam history is the greatest John Cena. He has lost a whopping 10 Matches at the second biggest show of the year. He will have his last SummerSlam Match against Cody Rhodes on 3rdAugust. Some of the losses that John Cena has suffered at SummerSlam include in 2006 against Edge, 2008 against Batista, 2011 against CM Punk, 2013 against Daniel Bryan, 2014 against Brock Lesnar, 2015 vs Seth Rollins and 2021 against Roman Reigns. The WWE superstar with the second most losses in SummerSlam history is Randy Orton. He has had 7 losses at this event. He will compete in a few more SummerSlam events over the years so that number could rise. Some of his losses at this event include at 2003 against Goldberg, 2011 against Christian, 2016 against Brock Lesnar, 2018 vs Jeff Hardy and 2020 against Drew Mcintyre. Rey Mysterio is also one of those WWE superstars who has lost his fair share of matches at SummerSlam. He has had big title matches. His first loss came in 2002 against Kurt Angle. 4) Booker T– 5 Losses

5) Jeff Hardy – 5 Losses
The legendary Jeff Hardy is also one of those WWE superstars who have lost 5 Matches at SummerSlam. He was the most popular guy in WWE in 2008. His losses at this event include a Tag Team turmoil match in 1999, 2000 TLC Tag Team Match against The Dudleys, 2001 against Rob Van Dam then against CM Punk in 2009 and finally in 2018 against Shinauke Nakamura.
