It is time for the World Athletics Championships 2025, which Japan’s Tokyo city is hosting between September 13 and 21, 2025. Just like other events of the Championships, the National Stadium in Tokyo will host the men’s 35km race walk event.
It will be the third time that we can experience the men’s 35km race walk event in the World Athletics Championships, which was previously organised in the 2022 and 2023 editions.

There will be only one event of men’s 35km race walk in the World Athletics Championships 2025, as the Final of the event has been scheduled on the opening day, September 13, 2025. A total of 51 athletes are set to participate in this event from 26 federations.
